Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and a flair for recruitment? We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in both the day-to-day HR function and the end-to-end recruitment process, helping us attract, develop and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for all HR queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle – from drafting job descriptions and advertising roles to screening and onboarding.
* Support line managers throughout our network of showrooms, head office and distribution, with employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, grievances, and disciplinaries.
* Maintain and update HR systems and employee records in line with GDPR and internal policies.
* Assist with HR projects such as policy reviews, restructures and change management.
Experience;
* Proven experience in a generalist HR and recruitment role.
* Confident working in a standalone role
* Experience working in a multi-site environment
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5) desirable.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience using HRIS and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
