The Lead Architectural Technician will be working as part of a team, from inception to completion through provision of design concepts, technical drawings and assisting in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Some UK travel and overnight stays Lead Architectural Technician duties: Managing a team of 2 Produce high quality concept and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit suitable for planning, tendering and construction on a variety of project types including new build, refurbishment and groundworks. Support the Development Managers on projects including obtaining Building Regulation approval through the preparation of drawings and supplying technical information. Produce concept plans to allow review of future projects. Produce planning drawings for projects in liaison with the Planning and Development Managers.
