An award winning high-end residential consultancy based in Central London, are searching for a highly professional MRICS Senior Project Manager with high end residential and construction consultancy experience. The Company that the MRICS Senior Project Manager will join: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining a small but successful team of 25 professionals that are well known for delivering high quality schemes within the high-end residential sector with project values ranging from £10m-£500m. The MRICS Senior Project Manager role: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be given responsibility for leading a small project management team and managing each stage of projects from inception to completion. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be confident delivering schemes that range from new build high end residential homes to the refurbishment of luxury apartments. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be expected to be in the office/site four days per week and can work from home once a week.
