Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor with a strong background in production and team leadership, looking for your next challenge?
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint a motivated Conversion Supervisor to lead the Conversion team at our Gloucester site. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, people-focused supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Conversion Supervisor
Job Description
Oversee conversion production schedules and adapt capacity to meet demand
Lead, motivate and manage the conversion team and daily operations
Coordinate with departments including Extrusion, Maintenance, Logistics and Technical
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, SMED, TPM)
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards

Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience within manufacturing or production environment
Experience supervising teams within a conversion or processing environment
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
ERP experience and strong computer literacy desirable
