The CIO function operates within the technology space providing business solutions across Group which are innovative, robust, cost effective, and aligned with corporate goals and strategy. As a Business Process & Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining industry leading business solutions. With a focus on effective use of technology, processes, and systems, the successful candidate will understand the needs of our business and develop appropriate solutions to continually improve operational and commercial performance as well as enhancing quality and safety across the workforce.
Specialism: - Oracle, asset management and scheduling, SCM, health and safety, contract and client management
•Assess and develop business requirements and determine appropriate solution options in partnership with solution architects.
•Pro-actively share and promote the solutions we deliver
•Provide effective hyper care support for all of our solutions
•Maintain effective governance across all internal processes
