Typical Shifts are: Mon - Sun 10pm-8am
Pay Rate £12.34ph

Role summary
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female*Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our supported living service is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same. You’ll be enhancing the life of the Lady we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging her to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities, such as swimming, shopping and cheer leading.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals to gain independence in daily living activities
* Assist with personal care
* Encourage community access and participation in activities
* Plan and support activities (e.g., swimming, shopping, cheerleading)
* Work within Positive Behaviour Support plans and follow reflective practice
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals with autism and epilepsy (preferred)
* Resilient, flexible and composed in approach
* Right values and genuine caring attitude; no prior experience required for suitability
