To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be flexible in your approach to working in all areas of the operations department, and wider operations department.
* Set up lunch areas to provide catering daily to guests.
* Ensure that you are entirely customer focused and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
* Be responsible for the day to day running of the events operation and ensure that standards are maintained.
* Seize all opportunities for sales and back them up with the necessary paperwork in the event of payment not being taken on the day.
* Be fully aware of the specifics of individual functions on a day by day basis, such as arrival times, refreshment break times, food service times and bar closing times.
We are looking for a friendly, approachable individual with great communication skills. Previous experience isn't necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is a bonus. Experience of working within a large operation with high volume meetings and events and match day operations is desirable.
