The Raytheon UKTraining Transformation team has a fantastic opportunity for anenergetic and confident change manager to provide leadership andsupport to an existing team and to be a catalyst for growth.
This team works as part of a partnership withother companies to provide training and transformation service tothe MOD. Together the team delivers a varied range of trainingprogrammes, from equipment management and services to trainingdesign and transformation.
Working within thetraining team as part of the wider Training and TransformationServices business unit, you will lead and manage all change acrossour programme working closely with our business development team toidentify and qualify all new business. You will be responsible formanaging all changes from the front door through Raytheongovernance and support our customer when they go through theirprocess. It will involve establishing and growing effectiverelationships with both the MOD and our customers which is key forour delivery. Success will require innovative thinking, forwardplanning, and an ability to react quickly tochanges.
MainDuties
* Responsible formanagement and governance for all change, ensuring all change goesthrough the correct RUK gate processes.
* Set upa new change process for all changes in including the current BAUchange process.
* Provide leadership for changewithin working with cross-functionalteams.
* Support bid teams on ensuring thedelivery element of the bids are correct and responsible for theproject management effort estimates.
* Workingwith customers and suppliers in joint changeboards
* Create and maintain a roadmap of changeto support the Programme Director and functions in future resourceplanning.
* Implement PMX best practice andmanage by example to instil flawless programme execution behavioursand processes.
* Sustain collaborativerelationships with peers within the Customer, strategic Partners,Suppliers and across Raytheon consistent with the programme,programme element or pursuit shared vision.
* Actas a member of the Selborne leadershipteam.
* Line manage a junior projectmanager
