As a Retentions Advisor, you'll be
* Managing Customer retention activity (inbound and outbound calls): to reduce the number of cancellations and disconnections through objection handling and resolving customer issues
* Supporting with disconnections and notifying the field sales team of any opportunity to drive sales through re-connections
* Supporting the customer service team with service tickets
* Supporting customers with arranging the transfer of their services when moving home to make it a seamless experience
As a Retentions Advisor you will bring:
* Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different customers and conversations where needed
* Experience in telesales or retention activity is essential
* A passion for providing an excellent customer experience
* Experience within telecoms is preferred but not essential
* A target-driven person who is motivated to win customers.
* A dedicated team player who thrives on customer engagement via telephone, bridging the gap between Customer Services and the Sales team
