Job Title: Presales Architect – Cyber Security, Voice & Network Infrastructure

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Presales Architect with a strong background in Cyber Security, Voice, and Network Infrastructure to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will engage directly with end customers, understanding their requirements and translating them into effective, commercially viable solutions. The ideal candidate will have both deep technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions across Cyber Security, Voice, and Network Infrastructure.
* Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for prospective and existing clients.
* Act as the technical lead in the presales process, ensuring proposed solutions meet both customer requirements and best practice standards.
* Facilitate smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation phases.
* Produce high-quality proposals, solution designs, and technical documentation to support bids and tenders.
* Liaise with vendors and suppliers to evaluate products and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
* Support proof-of-concept deployments and solution validation activities.
* Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Presales Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
* Strong expertise in Cyber Security, including firewalls, endpoint protection, secure access, and related technologies.
* Knowledge of Voice solutions (on-premise and cloud-based) and telephony integration.
* In-depth understanding of Network Infrastructure, including switching, routing, and WAN/LAN design.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ideally a proven track record in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
* Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
* Experience producing high-quality technical proposals and documentation.
* Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Mitel) are highly desirable.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
