Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)
A well-regarded law firm in Cirencester is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high net worth client base on bespoke country houses and prime city properties, all within a friendly and professional environment. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
 * Handling all aspects of general residential property work
 * Managing transactions efficiently and cost-effectively with minimal supervision
 * Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
 * Contributing to a collaborative and service-driven team culture
 * Demonstrating ambition and a willingness to learn new skills
 * Maintaining excellent written communication and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
 * Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property
 * Strong technical and case management skills
 * Confidence in managing matters independently
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * A proactive, team-oriented mindset
 * Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
