We're looking for a multi‑skilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias and solid mechanical experience to help keep our high‑volume poultry processing site operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and involves maintaining and improving our production and site services equipment. This is a practical, varied role where no two days are the same.
Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Multi‑skilled engineer with a strong electrical bias
* Solid mechanical fault‑finding experience in a manufacturing environment
* Good working knowledge of PLC fault‑finding, motors, inverters, sensors, and control systems
* Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
* Understanding of permit‑to‑work, isolation, and lock‑off procedures
