Our Client has a requirement for a Site HSE Advisor, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Liverpool Bay. Role Purpose: Support the development, management, and continuous improvement of the safety management system Ensure effective HSE practices throughout the engineering and development phases of EPIC projects Provide on-site HSE guidance for the Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project Job Role Responsibilities: Drive HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training Conduct site inspections and monitor subcontractor activities Ensure compliance of equipment and site operations with HSE standards Manage risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) processes Promote and enforce safe work practices across all activities Oversee Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls Report HSE performance and track KPIs Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions Promote environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives on site Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Qualification in HSE or an engineering-related field NEBOSH Diploma Several years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry Experience on onshore projects, including construction and design regulation management Experience in survey and investigation activities ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification Benefits: Opportunity to work on a high-profile energy transition project Competitive contract rates Exposure to major EPIC project delivery Collaborative and safety-focused working environment Company Information At First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
