Key duties of the Parts Advisor include:
14. Managing internal and external parts enquiries efficiently
15. Receiving and dispatching parts in a timely and professional manner
16. Sourcing and pricing high-value parts for luxury and performance vehicles
17. Assisting with stock management and inventory control
18. Utilising specialised computer programs for parts administration
19. Collaborating with both Sales and Service departments
20. Supporting import and export procedures for parts as required
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
21. Proven experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar
22. Fully IT literate with strong organisational skills
23. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
24. Positive, proactive, and helpful attitude
25. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
26. Punctual, flexible, and well-presented
