Sterling Recruitment Services are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Stockton. Please note, this is a temp to perm position. Working hours: Monday to Friday between 7am and 11pm, 35 hours paid per week. Main responsibilities and duties: Prepare daily ecamis and clinic picks, prioritising workloads through to the warehouse to achieve agreed turnaround of requests Liaise with the client, providing effective updates on request To carry out investigation work within the warehouse Provide departmental cover of colleague’s workloads when required To carry out any tasks reasonably requested by the Customer Services & Quality Manager To demonstrate a positive approach to personal development Maintain effective communications between the warehouse and the client via ecamis, email and telephone Comply with Company confidentiality agreements Skills required: Excellent communication, listening and written skills Excellent telephone manner Customer Service skills Self-motivated to achieve daily targets Enjoy working with customers and building relationships Numerate and literate Problem solving PC literate
