About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will:
* Lead on financial management and planning across the organisation
* Support our Finance Director and Management Team with clear financial insight
* Oversee budgets, management accounts and annual statutory accounts
* Guide and develop the Finance team, ensuring effective controls and compliance
What We're Looking For
Must have:
* Qualified accountant (or working towards with relevant experience)
* Strong finance management skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
* Excellent ICT and Excel skills
* Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Desirable (not essential):
* Experience in the housing sector or with a Registered Social Landlord
* Experience in financial modelling, payroll and pensions
