What You’ll Do
You will provide day-to-day PMO support for large-scale programmes, ensuring governance, reporting, planning, and control processes are effectively managed to support successful delivery.
Key accountabilities
* Support delivery teams to adhere to governance, controls, and reporting standards.
* Manage central reporting processes, including weekly status reports, dashboards, and SteerCo materials.
* Maintain and monitor the RAID log; track and govern change requests.
* Assist with programme budget tracking, PO management, and financial reconciliation.
* Coordinate programme planning, stakeholder alignment, and dependency tracking across workstreams.
Who You Are
* Experience in programme/project management office functions within complex programmes.
* Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Understanding of governance, RAID, and change control processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and invoice/PO processes.
