McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Care and Support Assistant, with some domestic duties, to join their team at Elizabeth House in Stony Stratford, Oxfordshire.
Hours: 16 hours per week, including every other weekend shift.
Base Salary: £11.96 per hour, with potential to increase to £13.26 per hour for evening and weekend hours.

About the role:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties will include domestic support, assisting residents with activities, appointments, transport, shopping, and encouraging social engagement. Every day offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful difference.
About you:
* You will be located within easy commuting distance of the estate.
* Preferably have at least 1 year of UK Health and Social Care experience.
* You are warm, friendly, and ideally experienced in care/support environments.
* You are passionate about enhancing older people's wellbeing and enjoy teamwork.
* You are committed to excellent customer service.
* You hold or are willing to obtain a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults), or relevant alternative qualifications and experience.
