Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team in Telford, Shropshire. Our client is a global leader in their field, responsible for the designing, manufacturing and installations of bespoke manufacturing systems. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Handle all customer enquiries relating to spares and service, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to dispatch and invoicing 2. Create and distribute tailored quotations for recommended system spare parts 3. Proactively follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed sales orders 4. Coordinate both planned and reactive service visits and equipment installations worldwide, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers 5. Making sure materials are available 6. Arranging travel when required 7. Completion and documentation of service reports 8. Manage and prioritise incoming service requests to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction 9. Maintain well-organised and accurate customer records in both digital systems and physical files 10. Prepare regular performance reports, including: 11. Quotations issued vs. orders received 12. Outstanding service jobs
