You'll play a vital role in keeping our customers moving, delivering high-quality service and technical expertise-often outside of standard working hours. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair HGVs during on-call shifts, at breakdowns, customer sites, and in our workshop Work closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain equipment and vehicles to the highest standards Advise on improvements to enhance reliability and reduce costs Attend manufacturer training to stay up to date with industry standards Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required What We're Looking For: Proven experience in mechanical repair of HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles) Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Flexible approach to working hours and on-call duties Strong awareness of health and safety requirements Full UK driving licence Basic PC skills are an advantage About Us: A.
