We’re working with a growing organisation in the training and skills sector that’s looking to hire an Recruitment Coordinator to help build relationships with regional businesses and support the placement of learners into career opportunities.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that blends sales, relationship management and coordination. It would suit someone who enjoys speaking with businesses, working towards targets and playing a key role in connecting people with opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
* Proactively reaching out to businesses to introduce training and development opportunities
* Building relationships with employers and acting as their main point of contact
* Identifying vacancy opportunities and supporting the matching of candidates to roles
* Coordinating onboarding and ensuring the required documentation and processes are completed
* Working towards monthly outreach and placement targets
* Representing the organisation at networking events and careers-focused activities
* Keeping CRM and internal systems up to date with accurate records
What they’re looking for
* Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or a customer-facing role
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with businesses and building relationships
* Target-driven with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
* Organised with strong attention to detail and administrative ability
* Comfortable managing multiple conversations, vacancies and processes simultaneously
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
