We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Services Manager to work within Morris & Spottiswood, England Division. This role can be based at one of the following office locations; Warrington, Leeds or Bristol however Hybrid working is available.
This is a key technical leadership role, responsible for managing and delivering high-quality MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services across multiple projects and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide MEP support across multiple schemes and frameworks.

Contribute to overall project delivery of MEP from design stage to project completion.
*
Represent Organisation at Client, contractor, and consultant meetings, ensuring the highest standards are upheld.

Chair meetings with contractors and design teams.
*
Undertake compliance and commissioning reviews of MEP construction packages, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to design teams.

Experience preferred with liaising and managing Statutory authorities arranging for New, Disconnections, diversion of supplies.

Ensure Organisation Electrical Health and Safety rules and procedures are being followed and maintained.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years' industry experience, preferably within the retail sector. They will possess in-depth knowledge of Building Services Mechanical and Electrical installations, along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Additionally, they should have experience collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and design teams.
