About the Role
As our Member Services and Events Coordinator, you will assist the Regional Manager with the implementation of regional strategies, including performing desk research to identify relevant event partners and stakeholders, supporting events logistics, activating partnership leads by coordinating meetings with key employers, universities, professional bodies Using the CRM, you will also provide relevant member data insights.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the delivery of events, such as CPD, site visits, Introduction to CIOB seminars, Professional Review workshops, Tomorrow's Leaders events, professional networking and brand awareness events. Support the Regional Manager with event and business development, by conducting thorough desk research and helping to prepare presentation materials.
* Providing administrative support, such as maintaining CRM, providing member data insights and updating working documents, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, office administration and following finance processes.
* Provide member services, answering common queries such as advising potential members on routes to membership.
* Acting as a conduct of information within and between committee and HK regional team.
About You
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and/ or experience:
* Be a highly organised individual who has demonstrable inter-personal skills, you will have experience of prioritising various administrative and operational tasks and working to agreed deadlines.
* Capable to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. You'll provide exceptional member service, conduct research to propose new ideas, and take accountability for your actions and decisions
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and social media are prerequisite, as is the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly.
