We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers and In-Class Support Staff to work with students who use English as an Additional Language (EAL). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational experience of learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can support or speak the following languages:
Polish
Ukrainian
Urdu
Hindi
Arabic
Bengali
Farsi / Dari / PersianRoles Available
EAL Teachers
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to EAL learners
Assess student language development and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Support students in developing English proficiency across all curriculum areas
Work collaboratively with mainstream teachers and support staffIn-Class Support (Teaching Assistants / Language Support Workers)
You will:
Provide in-class support to EAL students
Assist with translation and communication where appropriate
Help students access the curriculum and engage fully in lessons
Support social integration and wellbeingWhat We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (preferably in an educational setting)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in one or more of the listed languages (highly desirable)
For teaching roles: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
