Waking Night Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:
8. Currently, we have 3 young adults with learning disabilities.
9. You will be supporting 1-1 and at times 2-1.
10. Continue to promote positive well-being.
11. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
12. Maintain and develop their community links, and access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
13. Personal care may be involved.
Who you are:
14. Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
15. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
16. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
17. Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
18. Flexible - shift will be on a rota basis and can include weekends
19. Drivers preferred (Manual only)
