What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:0 Hour Contract (up to 30 Hours per week) - Hours between 07:00 - 21:30
• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) while ensuring their dignity and comfort.
• Help with household tasks (meal preparation, cleaning).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Assist with medication management.
• Monitor client well-being.
• Document care activities.
