Job Requirements
* x5+ years of experience in product design
* Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and experiences
* Extensive hands‑on experience leading UX research in a product design environment across the Design Thinking stages
* Experience designing internal products and tools
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and engineers
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
* Expertise in design and prototyping in Figma
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
* Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
* Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process
* Create strong UI prototypes and high‑fidelity designs showcased in a portfolio
* Experience with Gen AI a bonus
* A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects
Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies
* Experience with agile methodology
* Experience working in a fintech or Insurance industry
* Bachelor’s/University degree
