Location: Gatwick Office (with a new Gatwick/Crawley office opening in early 2026). The Audit & Assurance team is based in Gatwick, Crawley with flexible, collaborative working and good transport links nearby.

About Menzies

Responsibilities
* Supervise the progress of audit assignments from planning through to completion, reporting to the Audit Manager.
* Review the work of junior colleagues and coach their development.
* Utilise a range of technological solutions, and work remotely or on client sites as appropriate.
* Deliver a quality service on time and on budget in collaboration with the wider audit team.
Qualifications
* AAT qualified or progressing towards ACA/ACCA with the professional/applied skills stage completed.
* At least 18 months’ experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice, including leading external audits from fieldwork to completion under ISAs.
* Experience preparing accounts under UK GAAP.
* Strong communication skills for working with senior staff and clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* Team player who can also work independently and is motivated to deliver high-quality service.
* Knowledge of Caseware and Mercia audit methodologies is a bonus but not essential.
* UK work eligibility without restrictions.
