We are looking for a talented and passionate Casual Butler to join The Connaught Butlers team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.

Responsibilities:
As a Casual Butler you will become part of a unique service and in room dining team that engages with our guests throughout their stay with us. Providing fine, yet unobtrusive service is a fine talent coupled with knowledge and confidence of service delivery. These are essential trademarks for this position and for the successful execution of the outstanding delivery of our products and services.
Skills and experience:
You will be responsible for welcoming guests to their room in a warm and hospitable manner, attending to guest requests and enquiries; and providing outstanding personal butler service at all times. This is a guest facing role and you must uphold high knowledge of hotel information, guests arrivals and departures, food and beverage menus and special events in order to respond to guest enquiries.
