The Team
The Competition group combines merger control, FDI, behavioural advice, investigations and litigation with particular strengths across life sciences, TMT, energy and transport. They act for major corporates and regulatory bodies on high-profile mandates, often setting legal precedents and handling novel issues.
The Work
* Multi-jurisdictional merger control and FDI filings (UK, EU, US).
* Advising on complex behavioural issues, including abuse of dominance and commercial agreements.
* High-stakes competition investigations before key regulators.
* Stand-out competition litigation, including cases with significant market impact.
Candidate Profile
* 1-3 PQE with experience gained at a leading competition practice.
* Strong grounding in UK and EU competition law.
* Excellent academics and drafting ability.
* Commercially aware with a proactive, team-orientated approach.
