Job Title: Full-Time Room Leader (Under 3's Room)
Location: Whetstone, N20
Salary: £27,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Our client, a reputable nursery located in Whetstone, N20, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Full-Time Room Leader for their Under 3's room.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of early years practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged under 3.
* Create and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote the development of children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
* Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, adhering to health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
* Monitor children's progress and development, conducting observations and assessments to inform planning and individualized learning experiences.
* Collaborate with the nursery management team to contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
* Level 3 or above qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
* Enhanced DBS certificate
* Proven experience working with children aged under 3 in an early years setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being and development.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its application in practice.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
