Account Manager - Life Sciences (London)

Role Summary
As an Account Manager at Patsnap, you will drive customer success and revenue growth by managing a portfolio of life sciences clients. You will focus on building lasting relationships, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will collaborate with leading innovators to maximise value from Patsnap’s solutions while achieving retention and growth targets. This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to work from the office on Wednesdays.
Responsibilities
* Key point of contact for an account care package consisting of our customers, working towards a net renewal and expansion target (80% renewal, 20% expansion)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with leading innovators
* Identify and grow opportunities within your account portfolio
* Negotiate commercial agreements, conduct customer Kick-offs and Quarterly Business Reviews
* Prioritize tasks while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
* Deliver rolling 90-day forecasts
* Keep up to date with major product updates and articulate their value to clients
* Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency with tools in the Patsnap tech stack (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce, Pendo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
* Utilize internal and external resources to master Account Management concepts in SaaS and become a Patsnap subject matter expert
About You
* 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role
* Leads by example and embodies Patsnap’s iLOGIC values
* Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow quickly
* Curious, adaptable, and thrives in an innovative and fast-paced environment
* Foundational understanding of sales methodologies
* Foundational understanding of Customer Success in SaaS
* Comfortable presenting to both end users and decision-makers
* A team player for internal collaboration
* Education or sales experience in life sciences is highly beneficial
