About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate to gain hands-on experience with progression potential in property law. You will be involved in a variety of administrative and client-facing duties while learning the conveyancing process end to end.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Fee Earners with client matters and transactions
* Assist with audio and copy typing using a digital dictation system
* Conduct Local Authority and Land Registry searches
* Draft legal documents and correspondence for review
* Handle telephone enquiries and direct appropriately
* Greet clients in person and assist with enquiries
* Schedule client meetings and maintain diaries
* Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning and filing
Requirements
* Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
* Keen interest in conveyancing and property law
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Professional and confident communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
