Support Worker – 35 Hours (Nightshift) Location: Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir Service: Maple Cottage – Adult Supported Living (QVLSI Phase 1) Contract Type: Permanent, Nightshift Hours: 35 hours per week Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour (between 9:30pm – 12:00am and 7:00am – 7:30am) £13.58 per hour (enhanced rate between 12:00am – 7:00am) Your New Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our nightshift team at Maple Cottage, a supported living service within QVLSI Phase 1 in Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir. Maple Cottage provides accommodation in four individual flats for adults with disabilities. The service offers person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, including daily living assistance, community access, and support with educational or vocational goals. Who You’ll Support You will be supporting individuals with a variety of complex needs who value structure, independence, and meaningful engagement in their community. This nightshift role is essential in ensuring comfort, safety, and support throughout the night, helping residents maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals. Applicants can be male or female, and a full UK or valid international driving licence is required to support occasional transport needs.
