An exciting and forward focused organisation in Plymouth is looking for an interim Chief Operating Officer for 6 months on a part time basis, whilst they go through a period of change.
Key focus
* Review of organisational systems and processes
* Review of culture and leadership
* Change management
* Relationship management
* Delivering improved finance structure, processes, control and reporting
Key skills/experience required
* Ideally a formally qualified accountant with strong leadership experience
* Change Management experience
* Strong people skills and articulate communication
This role requires the incumbent to work on-site 3 days a week in Plymouth
