Work closely with the class teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated strategies. Assist with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one interventions. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Communicate effectively with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals. Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEND (school-based experience preferred). Strong understanding of strategies to support pupils with additional needs. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
