What you’ll do
Every day as a Support Worker is different, but your impact is always life-changing.
You’ll support children and individuals with learning disabilities to:
● Access the community, social activities, and meaningful experiences
● Build confidence, independence, and communication skills
● Enjoy hobbies, sports, days out, or simple everyday routines
● Receive emotional support, positive interaction, and companionship
● Stay safe while exploring new opportunities
● Provide sitting/respite support to offer families well-needed breaks
This role focuses on support, engagement, and inclusion.
