Job focus To be read in conjunction with Senior Finance Officer Job Profile which provides the full range of Senior Finance Officer responsibilities across the Finance function. You will be responsible for the day to day financial support of a mixed portfolio of services or will specialise in an aspect of the provision of the finance service for example Financial Planning or corporate financial accounting. You will play an active role in delivering the finance services’ continuous improvement programme. Through your well-developed financial skills and wide experience, you will be proactive in identifying needs for improvement. You will also be skilled at implementing improvements to timescale, gaining the support of colleagues to improvements and ensure their smooth introduction. In fulfilling this role, you will provide leadership to the team in which you work, encouraging and supporting other team members.
