About The Role
This position is ideal for an expert in RF systems who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment. As an RF Systems Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence across client projects, ensuring innovative and high-performance RF solutions. This is not a line management role—your focus will be purely on solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging with clients at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the technical authority for RF systems across diverse projects
* Provide expertise in RF design, system architecture, and integration, with a strong understanding of 3GPP standards
* Influence internal stakeholders and gain buy-in for technical decisions
* Contribute to business development through technical leadership
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DSP, communications, and wireless technologies
* Engage with clients, presenting and delivering high-impact RF solutions aligned with industry standards

* Deep expertise in RF systems—someone who can confidently operate as a go-to authority
* Strong multi‑disciplinary knowledge (RF, DSP, communications) is a plus
* A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for cutting‑edge technology
* The ability to engage both internally and externally to drive projects forward
* A minimum of 15‑20 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Salary & Benefits
* Director level: Up to £140k base + 33% bonus
* Associate Director level: Up to £110k base + 20% bonus
* Relocation package available (covering 25% of first‑year earnings for those moving within range)
* Visa sponsorship available if required
* Hybrid working: 3 days onsite preferred
