Marina Developments Ltd is the UKs leading Marina operator. Situated in Poole, Cobbs Quay Marina is a busy and high-profile visitor destination. We aim to deliver the highest level of service and experience for our visitors and customers, demanding the very best from ourselves whilst working as a team every day. To help us deliver exceptional service we are seeking to recruit an Administrator at Cobbs Quay Marina. The role will include but not limited to: To be responsible for the administration function of the marina; including all computer records and systems are maintained and all relevant invoices and credits notes raised where necessary. To issue Annual Berthing invoices and relevant berthing package agreements and update all relevant records relating to annual berthing agreements. To allocate berths to annual berth holders and visitors along with the assistance of the Dockmasters and Management team. To keep the Marina Manager always informed of berthing statistics; to include details of current berth occupancy and vacant berths to use as sales aids for the marina team. To be responsible for the administration of tenants, overnight berthing, lease berth service charge administration and associated sublet credits. To operate a strict debt control policy in accordance with company procedure and liaise frequently with the Marina Manager on outstanding accounts. To assist with the Petty Cash and Cheques Raised processes and to produce monthly returns where necessary. To ensure the office telephone is answered in a timely manner, customers are greeted and assistance with serving in the main office is maintained, ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times. The key requirements for this role are but not limited to: Credit control experience of at least 1 year. A proactive approach to customer service and any issues arising is adopted along with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Place our customers at the center of all our business practices, ensuring outstanding customer care at all points of contact. Ensure you are in the correct uniform and that it is clean, presentable, and well maintained at all times. All dealings with team members are carried out professionally, politely, and respectfully. To place the customer at the forefront of your daily duties and ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience is achieved at all times. To deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way. There is also full on-job training leading to industry-recognised qualifications.
