Planner/Senior Planner - Nottingham

Are you a detail-driven Planner looking to progress your career with a reputable, forward-thinking consultancy? We're working in partnership with a leading firm in Nottingham that's expanding its planning team due to a strong pipeline of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Planner to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that champions creativity and sustainable design. You'll play a key role in managing planning applications, providing expert advice, and supporting clients through every stage of the planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals
* Undertake site assessments and provide strategic planning advice
* Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
* Keep up to date with planning legislation and policy changes
What We're Looking For:
* RTPI accredited degree and ideally RTPI membership (or working towards)
* 1-3 years' experience in a planning consultancy or local authority setting
* Strong report-writing and communication skills
* A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude
