What you’ll be doing… Maintain and update product and service catalogue content across platforms Ensure catalogue data is accurate, complete, and aligned with procurement and business needs Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to onboard and manage catalogue entries Implement catalogue management processes and governance controls Monitor catalogue performance and resolve data quality or pricing discrepancies Support system configuration, integration, and enhancements related to catalogue tools Generate reports and insights to support purchasing decisions and compliance Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for catalogue management Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week – Hybrid working What can you bring? Experience in catalogue or data administration, procurement operations, or a related role Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Familiarity with procurement/catalogue platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) Understanding of catalogue governance, supplier enablement, and data standards Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Excel and data management tools Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities A proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving
