Job Advertisement: Front of House & Finance Administrator (Hybrid Role)

Join our team at CLiiKk Accident Repair Center (T/A Fix Auto Kidderminster) in a unique hybrid position that combines front-of-house customer service with finance administration using Xero software.

We are looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused individual who can deliver outstanding service to our clients while supporting the business with accurate financial and administrative duties.

Position: Front of House & Finance Administrator (Hybrid Role)

Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £27,000 per year + Group Bonus Scheme (£150 – £500 per month)

Total Package: £28,800 – £33,000 per year (inclusive of salary + bonus)

Role Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist clients and visitors in person, by phone, and via email.
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the repair process.
* Manage booking schedules, vehicle drop-offs, and collections.
* Handle client enquiries, updating them on repair progress and liaising with the workshop team.
* Use Xero software to manage invoices, payments, and financial records.
* Support the management team with financial reporting and administration.
* Ensure compliance with company processes, finance procedures, and industry standards.
* Carry out ad-hoc administrative and office duties as required.

Role Requirements:

* Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience and proficiency with Xero finance software (essential).
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and general admin processes.
* Previous experience in the automotive repair industry desirable but not essential.
* Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
