Requisition ID: 38718 Advert close date: Monday 1st June Your Purpose The P&FS Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering professional maintenance services and driving continuous improvement across the UK&I non production facilities portfolio. This role covers both planned and reactive repair and maintenance activities, carried out through individual tasks, teamwork, and the coordination of contractors and project work. The technician will be multiskilled, with the capability to support IT related callouts, and will act as the first point of contact for fault diagnosis and issue resolution across all non production buildings, including an out of hours remit. A strong commitment to EH&S compliance is essential, ensuring that all work undertaken, by both the technician and contractors, meets required safety standards and promotes a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all tasks are correctly prioritised, documented, and closed out in the CMMS. Maintain accurate work queues, support continuous improvement through task reviews, and provide excellent customer service with timely updates via the FM Helpdesk. Act as the first point of contact for out of hours callouts, responding effectively to faults and escalating issues when required. Ensure full compliance with EH&S requirements, including Electricity at Work, LOLER, environmental obligations, and Legionella controls. Oversee contractor safety by reviewing RAMS, issuing Permits to Work, and delivering contractor inductions and on‑site inspections. Act as the Molson Coors Responsible Person for contractor management, ensuring all works meet company safety standards. Interpret and work from technical instructions, drawings, and specifications to complete mechanical or electrical tasks safely and independently. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and giving feedback on fault resolution. Support wider site operations by assisting with activities such as deliveries, events setup, meeting‑room preparation, thirst bar replenishment, and line cleaning. Work with IT Business Partners to support IT and security system projects, providing on‑site coordination when required. Manage improvement projects from initial concept to installation, coordinating internal teams and external contractors as required. Control assigned project budgets and ensure delivery against timelines, scope, and performance targets. Work proactively with the P&FS Management Team to drive efficiency, value, and standardisation using approved quotation templates and procurement processes. Maintain and improve CMMS to support accurate maintenance planning and reporting. Manage the onsite consumables store and workshop, ensuring effective stock control and organisation. Provide financial administration support by updating finance trackers and monitoring expenditure. Complete all contractor control documentation and Permits to Work in full alignment with Molson Coors standards and governance requirements. About You Required skills: Delivery of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, Legionella or Electrical wiring installation. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and helpdesk software. Ability to prioritise and manage customer expectations. Strong IT skills. Required experience: Experience of dealing with a wide varied customer base of employees, contractors, and suppliers and delivering excellent customer service. Preferred education/skills/experience: Health and Safety training related to engineering and buildings maintenance. Time served apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 in any engineering subject and FLT license. Contractor management. Budget management. Experience of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems).
