Description Social Care Worker (Reablement Overnight Service) Captain's Road Social Work Centre Salary: £27,257 - £29,850 (pro-rata for part-time) Hours: 27 per week 3 nights on / 6 nights off shift pattern between 9.30 pm – 7.00 am To assist in the development of a personal plan detailing personal care and support required, ensuring the health, well-being and emotional needs’ of service users are met and that their individual outcomes are achieved. To assist the in the monitoring and reviewing of individual resident’s personal plans as they pertain to overnight care and have responsibility for meeting the service users' assessed needs as part of a multi-disciplinary team approach to practice. To provide a personal care service compatible with the policies, procedures and standards set by the Department and the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care and the S.S.S.C. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check.
