Role Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end recruitment journey, from needs assessment and talent mapping to interviews, negotiations, and seamless placements.
* Build and nurture diverse talent pools that are industry agnostic, using data-driven insights and creative sourcing to fill roles faster and smarter.
* Lead debriefs and strategy sessions with internal teams and clients, refining processes to scale our reach and results.
About You:
* 1+ year experience in a recruitment or sales-based role. If you're ambitious, adaptable and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you!
* You thrive in ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities with energy, empathy, and a bias for action.
* You are a natural relationship builder, naturally curious and charismatic.
