MBL is looking for an Operations Administrator to join a small, fast-paced team supporting customers with orders. You will report to the Operations Manager, who will provide full training. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role would be advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Process new orders
2. Provide customers with account balance information and resolve balance disputes
3. Support the setup and testing of all new products launched
4. Monitor digital order failures and respond appropriately
5. Proactively resolve customer issues, aiming for first-time resolution
6. Identify and raise areas of concern with your line manager
