What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the office Conducting market appraisals and winning instructions Mentoring and motivating the sales team Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times Managing sales progression and client communication Assisting in meeting office targets and KPIs Representing the agency in the local property market What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential sales (essential) Listing and valuation experience (preferred) NAEA / NFOPP qualification (beneficial, not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team Excellent telephone manner and professional presentation Self-motivated and target-driven Knowledge of South East London (advantageous) Full UK driving licence (own car preferred) Professional and proactive attitude What's In It For You?
