Key Responsibilities
* Be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
* Provide strong product knowledge to support Trade and Retail customers.
* Resolve enquiries and complaints promptly.
* Use BISTRACK to manage transactions in line with procedures.
* Contribute to business objectives through effective teamwork, stock control, safe working practices whilst providing commitment to equality, diversity, and health and safety.
Requirements
* Experience of working in a sales office and key accounts environment within the building supplies industry.
* Proven experience managing and coordinating dedicated sales accounts and dealing directly with key account customers via face‑to‑face, telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
* Experience in raising customer orders and purchase orders, and handling general enquiries using a dedicated ERP system.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
* Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets while managing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
* Be self‑motivated, flexible, and resilient, able to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of work in a fast‑paced team environment.
