Key responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Guide and motivate teams, facilitate communication, and ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integration with other systems and data management strategies.
• Identify and mitigate delivery related project risks, addressing issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
• Continuously seek ways to improve project delivery processes and increase efficiency.
• Promote best practices in Salesforce project delivery and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
• 6+ years of experience in delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud platform capabilities
• Proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion.
• Position requires exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, negotiation, influential leadership, innovative thinking and relationship-building skills with Business and IT stakeholders, customers, and suppliers in a highly matrix environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are a plus
Experience required:
* 10+ years of total IT experience
* 5+ Years experience of managing Salesforce projects
